540 Kitchen & Bar is a casual neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Fredericton. The five-year-plan came true for a few hometown boys. 540 is, we hope, at the heart of a Venn diagram of the traditional, the sacrilicious, and the modern. Having started as a place to eat and drink what we always wanted, that humble and selfish beginning guides us still.
A 10-tap draught system allows us to cycle through the best brews our province has to offer, focusing on smaller craft breweries and regional favourites.
